I was just checking some of my series information and saw that 07-Ghost was updated by Twilight Dreams Scans. The group doesn't have any info listed besides the fact that they scanned 07-Ghost, and I was wondering if anyone knew of a website they had, or where I would come across the chapter. Any help is appreciated.

Well if a group is not listed here then it's either due to a person who only knows its name and assume they scanlated it and added to the database.. OR! the scanlator didn't want to share the info :/

Not helping much am i? just saying don't have too much hopes... [like those with catchan scans xD]

You should read the rules:

Also some groups like Twilight Dreams Scans, are a group of "scanners", and basically since they are scanning the licensed manga, they are much more in risk of being sued than the usual scanlators groups that only work on non licensed manga. So they don't give contact information to avoid being tracked back... And usually there is almost no way to come in contact with them.

So your next question would be:
Q: "so why is that information there since there seems to be no way to get the release?"
A: There is a way to get the release, you just didn't look hard enough...
