[yaoi] Looking for 2 titles

Hello mina,
could anyone help me find those titles back please!? My memory seems to be fading lately ^^
n°1 - The series revolves about two single dads, who don't seem to get along in the beginning, but will come to like each other and go out. - The same will happen to their sons, one will be a lovely chubby and the other one a slim one.
n°2 - I only vaguely remember the end of this series, bur they own a cafe or something like that, and will grow old together. One of them has a son, the last pages are about the fact that the one left behind (because the other one passed away due to his age) will have a vision of his passed lover and will join him peacefully.
It's one of the most touching ones I've read but I can't seem to remember the title.
If anyone has a clue about on of the above-mentioned yaoi-manga please reply ^^
