1.5 year you mean, but really it's been that long since I visited and asked them if they were still doing it and they told me their editor were busy at the moment but they had a volume translations ready...they released that last chapter then. xD

Spiral Alive - the prequel to Spiral: Suiri no Kizuna, a strong contender for my favorite manga of all time. Listed as complete in country of origin, and has a confusing and worrying update history.
Nemureru Hoshi - very interesting characters in this one, and the translation ends at a big cliffhanger moment. :\ Listed as complete in country of origin, and with no translated chapters in almost 2 years.
Also, there's this one which I really hope someone decides to start scanlating:
Maoyuu Maou Yuusha - no scanlation groups listed, it has great ratings, and the summary looks really interesting.
All 3 are listed as unlicensed, so hopefully someone will translate some more chapters. :3

Kaze Hikaru - it's one of the few series i really and truly champion. It's artistically rich, historically fascinating and the romance is refreshingly realistic. i even wish i could contribute to a scanlation effort for this one, i dunno if there are any active groups interested in reviving it Japanese->English translation is out of my league, though. i have only potential editing skills to offer at best 😐
