I was just being curious about what people do think about it. For me, it varies, but it rarely becomes something unpleasant. It's good to have some time for yourself.

Well, I have good friends so I'm never really lonely because of a forced situation, but I'm the kind of person who really enjoys being alone and reading etc. So it is something to be desired for me lol

Eh.... Seems like there are two separate things, "loneliness" when you feel sad that you're alone, and "alone-ness" where you're by yourself but may or may not feel sad about it.

I'm fine with being alone almost all the time that I am alone, which isn't really that much. I enjoy having time to myself, listen to the music I like, get things done in my own way & in my own time, etc.

I do feel lonely occasionally, but not often enough to do anything about it. 🙄 🤣

I'm always surrounded by people, even if I don't want to be. O_O
I only like to be alone when I want to thoroughly think about things, without the need of bystanders, and need my 'me' time. ^__^

As for being lonely, some days are better than others when dealing with that.

I like being alone.

Though I do get lonely on occasions.

I'll agree with TofuQueen. There are times when most ppl prefer to stay alone with themselves and as a desirable situation it's not unpleasant.
But as a result itself, i mean when u get the feeling that u are alone and there isn't some1 around to...example: understand you/speak with you for a matter that occupies you...well that's not pleasant at all.

And G-17: Emptiness might be loneliness but that doesn't mean loneliness is emptiness, most of the times i'd say it's quite the opposite ^^

I sometimes feel lonely, but it's better to feel that way than to be with others, for me. When I feel lonely, I try to do something fun, or go to sleep, and then I don't feel that way ^^

Don't really mind, I was introverted to begin with.

I like to be alone most of the time.

It really depends. I like to spend time and hang out with friends. But I'm picky; if I can't hang with the friends I want, I'd much rather be alone than spend time with someone I'm not particularly partial to.
