Its about this guy who always has a worried look on his face. Even when he's sleeping. He ends up falling in love with his cool classmate.
Later he meets his classmate again in college, who surprisingly agrees to go out with him.
Cool Guy unfortunately isn't very ...aware... of Mr Worried's feelings and just kind of goes out with him on a whim (he also likes his nape if i remember correctly). Mr Worried also isn't very good at expressing his feelings and ...well...worries too much about what Cool Guy would think is he told him what was bothering him. He lies to himself a bit that he's content just being able to be with Cool Guy.

Finally at some point Mr Worried ends up blowing up at Cool Guy and everything kinda gets fixed after that.
