Well "good" can be a number of things - of the entire list I would recommend you read Prism.

Citrus (Saburouta) is good for the step-sister lust drama
Husky and Medley is my favorite since it's based on a true story (if you read it, it helps to know board lingo)
Girl Friends is good for slooooooow romance, it was the best of its time but yuri has grown so there are others
Legally married yuri couple is a good doujin series with fox girls (no fluffy tail tho wth)
Kase-san is a good ongoing high school romance
Prism (Higashiyama Shou) is an excellent complete high school romance will more realistic points like homophobia
Ebisu-san to Hotei-san is good for adults

And mang there are just so many. You can never go wrong with Amano Shuninta and Mira for lewd.
