I was waiting for patiently Naruto to get back in the action....lets hope this is isnt a false alarm, again
Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the fire that burns against the cold, the light that brings the dawn, the horn that wakes the sleepers, the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come.

I am really... disappointed.
I was looking forward to seeing Neji, Lee, and other characters fighting. I mean... a whole chapter about these fights, but now that Naruto left we'll probably see only a few pages about it.
Hope I'm wrong.

I'm actually pissed...
I mean, yeah he might be really strong, but he's never faced war before so he really should listen to the ones that have lived through it already, or else, because of his brashness, the sacrifices of all that have died in this war to protect him will be pointless if he's now going to out himself on the line of fire...
At least that's what I think....

You really are effing serious? Well i guess maybe you have a different taste and high tolerance to these kind of stalling chapters.
Anyways... It's about time!!! Really!!!
I really don't like how they are hiding Bee and Naruto, they need all the power they can get to stop Madara and the two of them are the strongest of them all. They will face Madara sooner or later anyways so why not now? Sacrificing many when we all know that they are the only one who have the power to stop Madara.

Thats egoistical, do you think he would be happy by just sitting there when you have the power to stop it? He's dream is to be a Hokage, if you can't save one person then how can he save the whole village?
Remember the pain saga? It's the same situation, the elders insist to hide Naruto but look at the outcome.

The secondary characters are far more interesting than Naruto.
Of course I want to see him fighting and destroying the world. But I'd really like to read chapters about Neji, Lee, Gaara etc.

That's so cute. Thinking that one of the greatest shounen characters of all time should act rational,

I agree. Normally I am a fan of reckless protagonists, but this one is different. Naruto's not just risking his own life, but he's putting the whole world at risk. He wouldn't even stop to think for a second on the consequences his actions could bring. It's both immature and stupid.

Bout time he got his ass in gear and to every1 who thinks hes been stupid shame on you while the war may be to protect him its also to give him time to prepare his new jutsu and besides he now knows whats up and hes gonna protect and not be protected its what any man should do. Maybe all of would cower but not him he wont let any1 die for him like he said hes stronger now and its his dream to be hokage and protect not other way around go reread what that headband means again 😎

I think it was probably Naruto's residual monkey power that affected Ichigo. Last time, I remember in 20th century Boys Kenji buried a time capsule. This later became what we know as Allen Walker from D. Gray Man. Now during Allen's very first mission, he killed an akuma, which inadvertently did not travel to heaven, but through the looking glass to Gatz in Berserk. This triggered the God Hands to gain power. The God Hands originated from the Ichi the Killer ending where he jizz on all the dead corpse.

While I agree about Naruto acting too brash by just going out there and making Madara's job easier, I also agree about him going out there because he's the only one who's even close to defeating Madara, Kabuto, or Sasuke as this point. Kind of a double-edge sword when you think about it...

I'm glad Naruto has finally gotten off the sidelines (it's about time), but his little "believe in me" speeches grate on my nerves every time: "I'll end this war myself, I'll endure all the hate and pain on my own!" Naruto can't possibly expect to win a war on his own.
Aside from that, thumbs up to the plot progression. I really thought we were going to get trolled here and have Iruka convince Naruto to stay underground for a few more chapters (the excuse they came up with for the new creature was pretty good actually). Well, we still might get trolled since it could take Naruto a while to rendezvous with Tsunade & co. (If Kishimoto has the choice between Naruto randomly showing up on the battlefield vs. showing up at a big, dramatic moment, he's so going for the big, dramatic moment.)
