I change my desktop every month 😀 Didn't post buncha months before but ehh whutever xD
Yes, I spend my life customizing my desktop, usually.. 🙂 Because default vista taskbar and a wallpaper just doesn't cut it for me.
Running: Objectdock, rainmeter, CAD, and ACDSee Pro Photo Viewer <- (Used to use picasa, but ACDsee is easier to read manga with xD <3 And plus, it can read .psd files 😀 )
Took them at 2 in the morning xD hehe, I'm nocturnal like that 😛

when i want to clean up my desktop i create a new folder and then put every thing there and then put my new folder in a folder named "Boo".. it has already have like 5 new folders in it. it is not exactly tidying up but at least my Desktop looks pretty Neat~~

Don't know the character specifically, but I think she's involved in that Hatsune Miku spin-off Black Rock Shooter.
