While I'm not completely sure, when I first saw it I read it was simply random fan art. I'd say it's worth investigating Blakraven66's post though as I am unable to verify either possibility.

Actually, I did something like that. I took all of the things I needed and put them in a folder, then I erased all the junk that was left and put the stuff from the folder back on the desktop.

True, dark colors tend to get boring often. But so far the desktop is great enough 8D <3 Lots of eyecandies anyway xD
