So I miss reading unique manga like this. Complicated and Fun. I'm looking for manga where the Male character become Female and probably would have complicated feeling and interaction to their now opposite sex and even to now same-sex people.

And by Naturally/Magically/Mysteriously or even Sci-fi i mean, no Transgender think or something that they intend by their own self. Totally something unexpected. Any Genre Shoujo/Shounen/Josei/Seinen. No Ecchi and Hentai. Would tolerant Ecchi IF the fanservice is Low quality or not too much to make girl uncomfortable.

The Examples that i had read and love it so far is:

1. Kakumei no Hi
2. Ame Nochi Hare
3. My Boyfriend Is a Vampire
4. Kanojo ni Naru Hi
5. Kanojo ni Naru Hi Another

Not Body Swap Manga, EXCEPT if it's like Boku to Kanojo no XXX.

Where both protagonists swapped and chose to be permanent and they end up in Love with their now opposite sex character, but not each other. And One of the Love Interest know their secret and still love his male-bestfriend-now-female-and-his-girlfriend

One of my Favourite Body Swap manga with very interesting and entertaining plot and story so far. 😀

Since all of them except Ame Nochi Hare (since the author obviously still doesn't give any hints how the story would end. Not a little bit) end up (or will end up, quite obvious) with MalexFemale relationship. I want MalexFemale relationship as well. Not BL or GL. No offence.
(I Love BL, and tolerant GL, but that's not what i search in this type.)

I just found Yuri na Watashi to Akuma na Kanojo (?). I think It is what you are looking for, but its a newer manga and only has two chapters out so far. It is labeled "Ecchi" though... and with only two chapters it is difficult to say to what level it is going to be. So far it seems reasonable.

The art seems good. And since this is new, i wonder if the plot is good or not.
And not exactly the Male became Female manga that i search. Well, i probably waiting for someone to say if that manga good or not after at least 4-5 chapter translated. 🤨 Thanks btw.

I don't know how it ends because I haven't gotten that far (read up to the current scanlation at the time), but the romance is with his/her best male friend from the original body.

try pretty face it has a weird art but has good ratings
and Ichinensei ni Nacchattara it kindof doesn't suit your requirements but in it the male lead turns into girl and despite written ecchi and lolicon in genre its not really that ecchi and lolicon is only written because he turns into elementary school girl

but pretty face suits your requirements quite well
and also try Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo I know your not looking for body swap but its really great and its from yoshikawa miki the writer of Yanki-kun to Megane-chan

Megu Miruku - It has top female frontal nudity. And most of the ecchi is really just fanservice. But compared to other series, I guess it has a very huge amount of ecchi. So if you really can't stand ecchi, then perhaps you shouldn't read this.

Magnolia - It's okay if you want a quick read, I guess? It's not really high on my rec list, but if you have nothing to read/do, it should be fine.

osananajimi wa onnanoko ni naare - This is comedy. Pure comedy. Don't expect any plot if you plan to try this out.
