Feelings on Orihime

I like Orihime, but I hate the fact that Kubo doesn't let her fight. Yeah, her personality is that of a pacifist, but she's seen first hand loads of times how being non-aggressive against enemies doesn't work, so you'd think that she'd finally fight instead of going "No more sitting in the back!" while still sitting in the back for the rest of the fight. Hell, she's the most powerful character in Bleach, since she has a power that can reject reality. She could literally reject somebody's existence and have then vanish into nothing.
If this were anyone else writing this series, I'd say you just answered your own question. If Orihime stopped being a pacifist she'd be so broken it wouldn't even be funny. We already had one person person try to use her power in an attempt to become a god and look how much that sucked. But since its Kubo writing this, he probably just thought it would be cute for her to have these awesome powers and also thought it was cool at the time. Which sucks because he makes some cool shit but doesn't know what to do with it.
Sarcasm just doesn't work over the internet.

Definitely annoying at times, but we'll see what Kubo does with her.

Not trying to question you but just curious about what exactly about that moment changed your mind. I think that she should (Naruto Spoiler about Hinata)
have pulled a hinata from naruto. Even though she didn't stand a chance at beating Pain she jumped in there and admitted she loved him. There have been moments where Orihime could have done this but just yelled KUROSAKI-KUN!
I agree, with her powers she has the potential to be a great character. She doesn't even need to change completly, she just needs to have some resolve. I have to say, I don't understand how Tatsuki wasn't part of the group in the first place. She is a female character who is not a passive, typical shounen female character. Tite created this female character who could have been an influence to many future female characters in manga by being strong and aggressive like many male shounen characters, but kept her on the side. There were definitly better choices then orihime.
Even the most recent things she still hasn't changed.

i put DEATH i cant stand her... she is smart but her common sense is so F***ed up i want to choke her... and her crying face make me laugh when its suppose to be a tear jerker but she ruins it for me so i die laughing... lol 😃 🤣

Well, no, the poll results clearly show she has a silent fanbase.
I don't dislike damsel-in-distress characters in shoujo because they're practically everywhere. I don't dislike damsel-in-distress characters in shounen because the hero needs someone to save. I do, however, bear a grudge against Orihime because it seems that getting saved by Ichigo and moaning his name every night has become her raison d'être. I mean, seriously, you just need to put Ichigo away from her eyes or injured in front of her and see her weep to bits. Not that I'm not a male chauvinist pig myself, but such stereotypes must have their limits somewhere?
Oh, and, I loathe Ichigo for having killed my favourite character (Ulquiorra) just because Ichigo's the protagonist, but even I wouldn't wish Ichigo on Orihime. Obsessive love can turn very ugly.
