I do recognize merry as a crew and her/his spirit went to thousand sunny's and i bawl my tear s for that episode

Hmmmm IMO when luffy said 10 crew, he meant him and some other people to go with him. And based on my observation and likely if you repeat the story from the beginning you'll see or notice that some of the minor details back then made a huge impact on what we know today, oda sensei is such a master

Going Merry spirit did not move to Thousand Sunny's because the spirit said good bye to the crew right after the incident at Enies Lobby. In other words the spirit is dead/gone. Also isn't Vivi still part of the straw hat crew? I know she isn't really part of the crew but they all still consider each other as comrades.

Yeah, I perfectly understand that Going Merry is gone. That's why I cried so much when it happened. I was just saying that Going Merry will always be a crew member in my mind.

I can't really see Vivi as a crew member though. She's more of a special friend whose bond with the crew is much more stronger than other people they met.
