Hello everyone one bored guy here I'm just curious how some people deal with being heartbroken or any of the sorts like getting rejected from a job etc...

For me it depends on the situation for example i just rejected from a part time job but i kinda adapted pretty fast since I've experienced it a lot of times 😁
Anyways just post what u think

If I get rejected from a job, I'll get over it pretty fast.
But if it's being dumped/rejected by a person, It'll take me like a month (more or less) to brood over it. My guesstimate. 😀

I'll just do something that makes me happy to deal with the rejection. Like hang out with friends, or watch anime/read manga. lol.

5 minutes should do.

I don't usually get dumped, so I don't have this feeling often.

The only time I got my heart broken it took me months to get over. But I still remember it from time to time...
Well, I really loved the person~

If I get rejected from a job or something, it doesn't take me long.

Being fired from a job, I get over fairly quickly; it's the loss of income that hurts more than the rejection.

As for relationships, it depends on how long it lasted. I haven't been dumped in years, so I don't really remember exactly what I did to get over it, but I know it didn't take any longer than a couple of weeks. I know I hung out with friends and was working, so I didn't have time to think about it much.

It depends on the situation.
Some haven't bothered me, and some I still feel sad about.

Job, not that long I hope.
Dumped/rejection, quite a while, depends how much I felt for the guy.

Never been heartbroken...

spent 3 months to get over my ex-bf who lasted 2 full years.

now spent maximum 1 day to get over.

for other things, it is not worth to get sad. there are other opportunities and if i am getting rejected it means that i should have worked harder.

I've only actually been dumped once, and I wouldn't talk to the guy for a year and a half (and the only reason I talked to him a year and a half later is because I spent a year of that time several states away and got super lonely; lonely enough to wish I'd made up with him).
I've never been fired and never rejected, so no idea how I'd handle either of those situations.

I grew up with the expectation that I would have to cope with rejection in dancing (and more than once, I did).
So job/work angst passes quickly.

Never been rejected by a lover or love interest; I fall into and out of relationships-and have dumped other people. But I do not know how I would react myself.
