male harem with specific kind of female lead

i want a manga where the is a male harem with a female lead that has either the two following characterisitics:
- someone sweet and kind like Tohru Honda from fruits basket
- someone kind,beatifull and strong like Erza Scarlett from fairy tale
- someone talented and hardworking like Haruka Nanami from Uta no Prince-sama
A bonus would be if the plot revolves around how the female lead changes the lives of the men around her. kind of like tohru honda. btw please dont suggest something like Starry sky cus I ant a more stable storyline that revolves consistantly on the main characters
female leads I HATE are:
- tsundere/yanderes (except Yuno hehe)
- weak crying female leads

Hmmm... Maybe these will help? These were the ones that just popped up in my head.
Shiawase Kissa 3-choume: Super sweet and funny! The girl is sort of dense and oblivious to everyone around her but she is super kind and sweet.
I actually cried when I finished it because it was so good! Highly recommended!
Meine Liebe: You could say that the main girl is dumb, but... She is still a very sweet girl, sort of like Tohru Honda!
