For me, both sound like NEKOTA Yonezou's mangas.

The second one I'm pretty sure it's Tsuyogari dj - Shishunki no Himitsu, you can find it as Tsuyogari dj - Secrets of a Youth too. The first one sounds like a extra chapter from Otona Keikenchi included in Elektel Delusion, chapter 5 of volume 1, but the seme doesn't stop having sex with uke, it's just that he always licks the uke, but later a friend gives him lube to provoke the seme.
