Improper use of "Bestiality" category?

Can't remember which series I first noticed this, but there was the most random "Bestiality" category tag attached to some manga, where it didn't seem appropriate in the slightest. I checked the filter for everything with the tag, excluding adult and hentai:

And it seems like someone, or several people, get pissy when they see a male lead with animal ears...maybe tail. I haven't actually read all of those series (actually, not sure if I've read any), but I highly doubt sex with an animal is actually involved.

Yeah, judging from the results it seems as long as one cosplays as an animal while doing it then it would be considered bestiality.
Not quite sure if there has ever been a manga dedicated to people having sex with real animals though.
Edit// also spirits of animals would also be listed under bestiality, I agree stuff like Kindan no Koi de Ikou should be under bestiality because he's technically an animal. Not sure about the cosplaying stuff.

actually, i find that most of them is the animal transforms into a human (while still having cat ears and tails) and have sex with a human.
which is a beastality, in a sense, because we have a magical animal.

So romance with animals wouldn't work. Sex would.

People are using the bestiality tag for just cosplaying? As I understand it, bestiality refers to intercourse (not just romance) with actual animals (costumes don't count). So my position is that the bestiality tag should be removed from series with just cosplaying. (Counting series with intercourse involving an animal magically taking human shape is a bit of a stretch in my opinion... but I won't make a fuss since one could argue they are technically animals.)
So (unless anybody has any objections?) please report misuse of the tag when you see it (categories bugs thread or submit a change request). Of course, make sure you actually know enough about the series to judge whether the tag is appropriate or not.
