Hishoka Drop? Although I feel like Hishoka Drop Mix has more of a plot that resembles something straight out of a shoujo manga... + sex.

Hentai-1) Anything by FUUGA --- if you don't mind age-gap, teacher/student, and illicit relationship plots, with some dark past and angst stuff occasionally
Veeeery plotdriven, at times the sex seems an afterthought or a plot device.
Start with "Mako", i think - all his stuff is a bunch of short stories set in and around the same school, so there's no set-in-stone reading order, but it's sometimes nice to understand who the supporting cast are, and why they act the way they do... so probably best read in the order they're written.
Hentai-2) More recent stuff by DISTANCE --- it can be short and sweet (the good stuff's mostly one-shoty), but his stuff is utterly driven by emotion, and can get almost a little too emo... but, fortunately, most of it is sweet and happy sex. Older stuff is generic.
Start with compilations: HHH, B-Chiku, Shichau
Hentai-3) Coelacanth, "Funky Glamorous". New rising star, master of happy romantic sex in the making.
Hentai-4) Some of the best for last - FUKUDAHDA writes some great stuff. Much of Fukudahda works: Honey Blonde (single-story volume), Soushisouai Note
Hentai-5) WAMUSATO Haru stuff - Sankakukan, etc. Same idea as above.
