Im looking for this manga where this girl hates mermaids and wants to kill them, she ends up living with this boy and she's immortal.

It could possibly be Ningyo no Mori (aka Mermaid Forest) by Rumiko Takahashi. However, the girl only wants to kill the mermaids after they attempt to kill her. Both her and her male companion are immortal.
