My favorite that was actually in the show would be Orochimaru as Captain with Sasuke, Kabuto and Sai.

If I could make a dream team it would be:
Orochimaru as Captain, Sasuke, Evil Naruto and Kabuto.

Orochimaru:
He's a genius. He invents jutsu and knows thousands of them. He encourages power and skill no matter what and by any means. Naruto was held back by a guy who tried to convince him not to tap into the infinite chakra within him. Orochimaru would never suggest anything as stupid as that.

If Orochimaru knew how to siphon chakra, he could basically use that to power up himself and Sasuke so that they could do clone training as well. That would make everyone even better than they got over the regular time jump.

Sasuke:
Sharringan gives him advantage over everything, plus he's smart. Also, Naruto will be trained very hard and i'm sure the Kyuubi would take over his body alot in the early stages of training. You need Sasuke to subdue it before it gets out of control.

Evil Naruto:
He has the Kyuubi. He's stupid but with clone training he can learn anything faster than a genius can. Orochimaru would definitely take advantage of that. Not to mention he has infinite chakra so he can do insanely powerful attacks back to back and not even break a sweat.

Orochimaru probably would have given him a curse seal as well. I wonder how many tails he'd be able to pull out and still be in control. Even if it only went up by one... Level 3 Curse Seal Naruto + 4 Kyuubi tails is damn near unstoppable. He'd have wings, curse seal and kyuubi strength, a body that can't be pierced by any sword, he could spit out chakra, mold it compress, eat it, and use it as a weapon

Kabuto:
You need Kabuto because he's a great medical ninja, genius, and all around good fighter. Orochimaru probably trains people insanely hard and won't hesitate to use lethal force. You need Kabuto's ability to keep everyone alive and well.
