Vampires of zombies, without a doubt.

As much as I love them, Dragons.
Fortunately, their use is so varied that their 'cliched-ness' rarely got to the point of being obvious.

Vampires come in a close second, followed by Zombies.

Why no Elves or Dwarfs they are over used just as much as the other creatures...

Vampires. Yeah, they're cool and all, but they completely overwhelm zombies, werewolves and stuff like that. And shoot me if I even know that the fuck a Kraken is.
Even unicorns are underrated in anything besides stuff below PG.
