The only ones I'll be looking forward to are FMA and DBZ (Only because I'll download the DBZ episodes for my little brothers and some friends.)

The only other one that seems interesting is that Rainbow Nisha one (Seems like it's prison-themed). I'll probably watch Queen's Blade for the women while hoping that the plot's good, but then it might be another anime that I'll end up dropping because the plot is butchered up and the women are the only reason why it's still on. I hope that's not the case though...

FMA and Kin'iro no Corda 2o passo

DBZ and of course FMA. Probably Phantom too.~

Chi's Sweet Home, Sugar Bunnies, and Jewel Pets as well. Only because if I'm going to sit through some intense fighting (DBZ) and dark anime-elements (FMA) I'll need to see something just as fluffy to even it out. Yes, I know very strange...>.<

Are those the only animes planned to come out this spring or are there more?

...Eden of the East is the obvious choice here. Just quoting the production staff would be enough.

Other than that it's a pretty weak season. FMA is worth checking out, obviously, but other than that just Cross Game, Saki, K-ON (and maybe Rainbow Nisha depending on the writing) are even worth giving a shot to (Dogs looks like a pretty lackluster adaptation).

Denpateki na Kanojo was quite good though. It was released on Niconico a while ago, so I'm not sure it really counts as a spring show. And Spice and Wolf is another good one, but the season actually starts in summer, so I'm not counting it.
