I have a couple to suggest to you.
1: Breath (yaoi) by Ochi Chifumi - Uke gets stabbed. By who and why that is for you to find out. You can find it on Mangago for free read Five volumes
2: Kawaii hito - cute : there are two stories here the first is actually Kawaii hito - pure but you CAN read them out of order and the one where something bad happens to the uke is in Cute.
3: Scarlet by Madarame Hiro - I didn't see anyone else mention this one. or over looked it. Again this one is a good example of what you are looking for.

That is all I can remember right now off of the top of my head. I found Breath when I was looking up stories with one character having an inferiority complex. It did not disappoint me. As for a good read if you liked Ousama games I HIGHLY suggest you read the other stories Kaizoku-game which is the prequel to Ousama and Ouji-sama games which is the sequel to ousama. They're fun to read in order.
If I remember or find anymore I'll be sure to post them. I know a few good ones where the seme gets hurt as well if you want them. 😉
