This cover just looks so beautiful and cool!! I really want to know what manga it's from, so I can read it!
Anyone know? Or at least recognize the artist?

That's the February 2009 cover of the Lynx Novels mag, so there's no manga of it. But my Google-fu has told me that it's Kousaka Tohru, the mangaka of Okane ga Nai.
