idk if i explained it right? like example, if a hero from another world gets reincarnated/transported into the modern earth world or something. it doesnt have to be a hero though. or it could just be something like someone in the 1890s getting transported into the future.

Martial arts guy or Wizard reincarnates to the modern world is pretty common for the Korean Apocalypse genre, but that's the modern world with monsters coming through portals or whatever so it's not quite what you're looking for.
There are a lot of "Immortal Cultivator in the modern day" stories in the Chinese stuff, but I don't really follow them and they usually just turn into super powerful guy killing those who challenge him.
The Descent Of The Demonic Master is one I like, though it has a modern day -> murim -> modern day reincarnation path.
