Please read the chapters more closely before making such theories.

The place where Mayuri is imprisoned is for anyone with potential to be of problem in the gotei 13. If Mayuri was the product of Urahara then the Central 46 would've imprisoned Urahara as well as mayuri for the creator is a much greater threat than the product. Heck, if the product was so dangerous they would've imprisoned Urahara before he made Mayuri since that's how the Central 46 seems to work.
In any case, Urahara making Mayuri is not even remotely likely since if the product is indeed defective, Urahara would've destroyed it rather than let it be imprisoned like his other works.

So, just plain and simply No.

This speculation was made BEFORE the most recent chapter came out.

And? I'm just using the most recent events to state my counter point. Plus, aside from appearances, was there ever any other solid hint that could even result in this Maker/Product relationship as the topic creator suggested?
There has been other look-alikes in the series, but they're not related as Maker/Product now are they.
Kubo may not be that great at setting things up in advance but when he does it links together well enough to be recognizable at the early stages.

As for the arm regrowing part of Mayuri, it's not his natural ability but through the use of another substance that resulted in the arm regeneration. Mayuri is capable of creating faux bodies/modified parts for himself and others, so making a body that allows for faster regeneration wouldn't be that unexpected.

This is simply theory that has been debunked, nothing more

Please read the post info before making such comments. You make it sound like he could have went forward in time to read the latest comic, then come back and make theories. You could have just politely stated that recent comics have debunked this theory.

Thank you for stating my point more precisely than I did.
