Hi,

I'm looking for great mangas that have main characters that are obsessed with fighting and bloodshed.

Edit: I mean this as in, they love to murder and slaughter people.

Ares -> I can't suggest this enough
Kurozuka -> not much obsession, but a lot of bloodshed. Great manga also.
Tokyo Akazukin -> not so great tough
Superior -> kind of

Not to state the obvious, but Berserk?

Revy from Black Lagoon She just loves violence, as does most of the people in that manga.

Badou & Heine from Dogs Bullets & Carnage They live and breathe combat.

Mostly everyone from Jackals

Manji from Blade of the Immortal Whether he likes it or not he sheds others blood and it doesn't really bother him.

a good amount of people from Deadman Wonderland . Mostly everyone in that manga has to fight, about a third of them really enjoy it.

Jormungand and Tista have people that don't mind combat and bloodshed and do it for a living.

In that case, i suggest you check out the Hanma Baki series beginning with Grappler Baki followed by New Grappler Baki and finally Hanma Baki. There's a fair amount of bloodshed in the series and the protagonist was quite obsessed with combat.

I would also suggest you read Riki-Oh. In this manga, the protagonist are willingly looking for a fight for some reason which i won't say. Read it yourself, it's a great manga. You might wanna check out out for Crying Freeman too although the main lead does not neccessarily obsessed by combat, it's pretty much close due to circumstances. Enjoy 😎
