Number one looks like Kana from Minami-ke. Can't help with the other one, sorry.

you could be right, they resemble them alot

The first one is Yakitate!! Japan I believe.
The colouring is fanart though. That character has blonde hair if it's who I think it is (Monica, American, introduced in the tournament arc)

Drawing style is really similar... but those characters aren't in Monkey High...
I'd say some other work by the author?
