CL / TS / ED / RD / QC is open position.
So are all other positions such as PR, WD (web design), RP (raw provider), and SC (Scanner) are all closed. You may not apply for position until its reopen.

I don't have completed projects or any previous experience to showcase but am willing to learn!

Able to contribute for English, Japanese (JLPT N2), Chinese (traditional and simplified), Korean (self study, able to read the alphabets only).

Since you applied in multiple groups, I'll just respond to this one as well since I am an admin on this one too.
We also have a test for this group but we are not accepting proofreaders at this time.
