I have some doubts about recommending this to you, since you're not 18, but... Chceck out Matsumoto Jiro's works. Bloody, gory, violent and there is torture there - both for characters and readers. You should like it.

Other ones I remember are Unapai, the famous Gravitation remixes (same mangaka~?), a Gamer's heaven doujinshi (name lapsus, but it was from Liquid Passion) and Hoshi no Yakata and Hakui no Shihaisha (I've yet to read those but it does sound like what you're looking for).
