I'm looking for manga's about people who use blood for various things...doesnt have to be fantasy if theres non fantasy.

The biggest example would be deadman's wonderland which is all about doing things with blood. But I know I heard of there are others.

This may be completely off the mark, but since someone already said my answer of Blood Type V, then the best I can say is that a character (Shiki) in Vampire Knight can use his blood as a weapon. (Mostly as a whip.) 🤣

In Black Cat there is a character that uses blood as a weapon.

Seikon no Qwaser's protag uses the iron in his blood when he needs to fight seriously.

Flame of Recca has a blood manipulator. You have to get close to the end for him to appear though. IMO it's worth it though.
