Yup, you really only need to be able to read the scans (usually in a .JPG file format either .ZIP or .RAR archived) and a program to write the script in. I have some Translators who just use Wordpad which comes free with windows...

If you're an aspiring Editor, feel free to come and join us, no experience needed, but definitely appreciated. We have GIMP and Photoshop EXPERTS on staff, so there are resources to help you if you are having difficulty figuring out what you're on about.
