For your avatar or sig?

The avatar has a size limit of I think 150x150

As for the sig you need to upload it first to somewhere like photobucket then use the [img]url[/ img] function

What do you mean, a pic you don't know where is it from and you want to it to be identified, or upload an avatar or an image as signature?

I recommend Imageshack if it's for something real quick since it doesn't require you to do a registration.

Why yes, yes it is, this particular image comes from her art book, page 38. Though image references in the back say it's 41. The reference in the back says what manga it's from, and though I don't know Japanese very well, perhaps some one here can tell you? I don't think it is from one listed on this site though. The Japanese above the red dot should be the title.

Pfft, the only part I could make out was 'ri' which I assumed was part of a title, sorry then buddy, looks like it is just a random illustration. On the plus side the illustration book is called Hyakka Souen and has been translated by Obsession. Also that mangaka has several titles scanlated or published in English.
