So as not to double post, i guess i'll try to revive this... i've tried to search but couldn't find any discussion for this movie yet((
Well, the movie has come out.. meaning dvdrip and those who don't want to pay can download it coughtorrentscough..
I've watched it a couple of days ago and well... first of all, before watching it, you should forget everything about street fighter and treat this as a separate movie with somewhat similar characters)) But even after that it was so-so for me.. kinda didn't make an impression on me.. i think they should've at least
explained why Bison kidnapped Chun-Lin's father and what did he do for him.. also when it seemed like Gen died and then Chun-Lin's father killed like 5 minutes later.. i felt like its Battle Royale 2 )) super fast killing of main characters((
throughout the movie i couldn't stop thinking "WTF is Lu Kang doing there?" ))) it's just.. i can't separate that actor from that role i guess... although when they spoke russian, the accent was awesome, (as a native speaker) i couldn't spot laughing)) but what made me a bit angry was that they made mistakes in the two russian cities they used.. Balrog messed the pronunciation of one, and the other's spelling was wrong)) but it's minor details i guess.. and Balrog's laugh is epic)))
Also, what made me laugh were the subs that were attached with the movie... this is the first time i've actually seen subs like that)) every noise was explained like from "classical piano playin" or "Narrating continues" to "car door closes" and stuff... the funny parts are when there are such subs like "Laughing" "Grunting" "Shrieking" and such during a fight))
So, all in all.. the movie was kinda mediocre, except for Kristin ofc)) but if i think about the movie from the perspective of a personal somewhat acquainted with the Street Fighter world then it's just awful.. ((
So, what do you guys think of this movie? Has anyone else seen it? What would you change to make this one better?

That is subtitling for the deaf.
Its not anything new -they're usually available on original DVD movies :\
There's usually the option to change to normal subs though.
