Neither are very badass but between the two I'd say Ichigo.

True bad-ass is the one who stops both from showing worthless fillers and end it before they make a lot of dairy green cheese out of everyone's wallets.

There is no way that Naruto can possibly be badass cuz he's a friggin pussy.

Ichigo is out there wuping ass all day every day while Naruto practices banana jutsu so the obvious winner is Ichigo.

Gon (HxH) is more kickass, manly and just generally awesome then both of them put together.

Naruto: Gets mad and then runs straight for the enemy.
Ichigo: Hasn't come further then cut enemy with big sword.
