It is driving me crazy. I read it a while ago and the art seem older. Its about two young boys that are childhood friends. One of them has a crush on this girl when they are young and she leads him to get molested by their teacher. From then on he has a dislike towards adults and really fears growing up. As they grow older they fall for each other. They are together for sometime but out of guilt one of them breaks up with the other gets married and has a child. The guys wife dies of cancer I believe and they get back together and raise the kid together. They grow up and the story shift to the child who is now older and his best friend has a crush on him. They do it but he realizes he isnt gay and gets married himself. Then it shifts back to the parents who are now older. One of them dies, and the saddest part ever that one that stays is watching his grandchild playing around and starts believing its his lover and starts talking to him. When the grandchild goes to him he is dead.

There is also another oneshot inside the manga with the same teacher that molested him where he is babysitting his gfs son and molests him as well.

You're definitely referring to Complex. I haven't read it, but I don't think there's any other yaoi manga with that kind of plot, anyway.
