so Naruto is a descendant of the senju clan? The strongest shinobi clan and the rival of the uchiha clan?

It's hard to say if Naruto is a descendant of the Senju clan, unless Kushina turns out to be a blood relative of Mito. Or if Mito and Hashirama had kids, but the children took their mothers name and then they had kids that kept the Uzumaki family name going. I just don't see how Naruto could have Senju blood in him.

I don't think its Madara, its not his style. He is the manipulator from the shadows not direct action type. It is probably Sasuke's dad or Sasuke's mom (it is not clear who it is male or female under the hood/cloak). It is a good excuse to give Naruto a reason to hate Sasuke's family (and thus a great virtue of overcoming this hatred). Of course, Madara might have controlled that person and other members of Uchiha clan from the shadows thus leading to their conspiracy and prompting Danzo to order them killed, and of course this would be the real reason why Itachi was so bent on killing Madara (giving Sasuke booby-trapped eyes and such)

I'd say that the person under the mask would be none other than Kakashi 😛

Reasons why.. hell, its a good twist, and 2nd, the way he places his hand over naruto's head is usually the same way he has his hand set before he uses Chidori... so it looks like he is going to use Chidori right onto Naruto to instantly kill him + Kakashi used to be an Anbu member, so perhaps its him back in his Anbu days, since we don't know much about it.

So hell, for giggles, Im going to say its Kakashi ^_^ but being controlled someway of course.

Heres a quick question that just hit me this chapter, If there's a Minato Uzumaki, then other then Minato's wife where is the rest of the Uzumaki clan? 😕

Actually, I believe Kushina's surname was Uzumaki. So, if there were others, then they were probably killed during the last ninja war.

I still think that it was Madara behind the mask. No one else can move through solid objects like that that we have seen in the manga. And, there's really no way that this was Sasuke's mother...she just gave birth a few days prior.

I think maybe it is Sasuke dad. He knows the info from his wife. And with Madara infulence he do this. IMHO

I like that idea because the way he went into the rock, no gloves, exposed skin, and Madara had no way of knowing the baby was coming but Sasuke's dad did b/c of the little exchange earlier and she was with the 3rd's wife so she knew something was up. The masks being worn could be ancient Uchiha anbu equipment that make you focus on one eye to make sure they can work their magic.

Maybe not the Senjuu but they were throwing his relationship to the Rikudo Sage all in your face this chapter because maybe the Uzumaki clan were more directly related power wise than the Senjuu and not just Uzumaki but the whole Eddy village. The gifted people with long life, extra special sealing for high level beasts, where Minato got the four elements Rikudo Sage seal. Hashirama probably got his Kyuubi fighting techniques and necklace from Uzumaki. As far as Mito and Kushina we just wont know until theres more info but might be a bloodline limit to tame the worst beast so relationship and hair color possible. There's only 2 old Konoha farts left to squeeze info out of unless Madara spills the beans but we might be in for some exciting twists n turns as we learn more about the past events and the Uzumaki clan. 😃
