I'm only afraid of boxers. I was chased by a really huge one when I was a little girl (it was in an open yard, and it pulled it's peg right out of the ground going after me. Luckily that gave me a head start).

Otherwise I love dogs <3
I own a very tempermental piece of fluff, and he is just the most adorable thing ever.

No, I have never been afraid of dogs. I have had dogs since I was a small child (3 or 4), so I am used to them (all sizes).

Just be the alpha and you have nothing to fear.

I love dogs.
Such hearty animals of
unconditional love.

After I had my first physical argument with a rather filthy dog, I am not afraid anymore.
I dislike them with a passion, though. (As a result, I sincerely dislike dog-owners as well.)
But as long as I don't have to be in a closed room with them, touch them, talk to them, or have them wanting to play with me, I really couldn't care less.
I usually just ignore their existence.

i am not afraid of dogs!! in fact i love them!! though they dont seem to love me in return... i got chase when i was younger...i once had a puppy named Mocha when i ws younger but it ran away from home and it met a car accident...i just recently had a puppy name Cloud Strife...it was a siberian husky...but my grandparents thought that it was very noisy and they decided to get rid of it...if i were to talk about my life's drama over dogs..this thing can be a novel but since i dont have the time and i dont want to type any longer i will just end this thing...for now i want a German Shepherd or a Doberman!! yeah i like big dogs!! 😁

fear is a very dangerous emotion
a lack of understanding

and when humans do not understand or even try to understand
we end up with workcamps and massgraves
very unpleasant

no im not afraid of dogs. I have had two dogs as pets for almost my whole life, so i have become accustomed to them jumping and licking and what not on me. Also i have been bit a few times and attacked once by dogs so it like been there done taht lol.

Plus there are so many other things for me to be scared of like barns, watermelon, urinals, phone books, neon signs, and my own facial hair..why worry about dogs?

I know exactly what my dogs are thinking. Its usually something along the lines of "omgiloveyouloveyouloveyouscratchmyheaddd"

yes if they are big or thick
but no because onetime me and my friend where walking in the dark and he told me if a dog ever tried to run up to me and looked like he would attack kick it in its nose and it will go away, that's its sensitive area.

also i feel like if i set up a strong presents, like i hear experts say some animals can smell fear, so if i have my back straight up my shoulders broad and don't think anything negative than i feel like it will be scared of me.
hopefully i never have an encounter with a scary dog anymore.
i think i want a small dog because they seem so lovable

No, dogs are friendly animals. I tend to stay away from the big, loud, barking ones though.

Yeah, Tao is high most of the time. So.... 🤣

kidding,

anyway, speaking of fear. When you show fear in front of dogs, they can smell it. When we are in fear, we emit a smell and dogs can sense it with their nose. Also, staring into the eye of a dog is giving it a challenge. So it's more likely to attack if you stare into it's eyes. I think staring downward shows submission, so don't do that if you intend to still be its master.
