when i have a bad day, laughter always helps me cheer up. being sad leads to very bad things for some people so i would say in some respect that laughter can be a cure.

wow, that's a really good moral.

I laugh when I'm really hurting from a hard PT. That always makes me feel a little bit better till SSgt or Gunney goes sprinting off again. Then I'm not laughing so much XD.

The mind is a powerful thing and when we are laughing we are enjoying our selfs which help mental and could have positive effects physically basically the same thing the other guy said but it can be bad if you annoy some ppl 🤢 (like getting hit I remember i was laughing and my sis throw sharp pencils at me)
Laughing also makes you forget sad things cause i personally hate sad stuff (really depends though) and when i'm sad i try to find something funny. Laughing just makes us feel good.

I like laughing though o-o but it hurts when i laugh a lot [can't breathe, stomach, etc. etc. old ppl die by laughing so eehh]. Brighten up the mood sometimes. :3 :3

i find myself laughin when my friends r laughin itss contagious
reminded of me laughin hystericaly down the st then i fel n scraped my knee n my cousin was like your bleedin while i was still laughin lol
