i don't think this would have a profound effect on your going home for the summer though, unless all your friends are pokemon maniacs, but i highly doubt that
Wow I wanted silver since I never finished playing it

OH. FUCK. YES.
The 2nd Generation was my favorite, and there were lots of clues that there would be a remake of Gold & Silver, so I'm happy about this actually being confirmed.

Just because someone's head was chopped off doesn't mean they're dead. That's just silly.
I never completed silver version because the file got erased, and I couldn't be bothered getting all the way to the elite four again. I probably wouldn't buy this because I don't want to buy another pokemon game, especially not a remake.

If it's out in English, then I'll be happy~

well If their gonna remake pokemon they should at least let you control the pokemons on how they move and attack instead of just giving orders but I guess that's asking too much since it would gett pretty complicated trying to code and animate the movements of all what 453 pokemons?...

2nd Generation was by far my favorite, mainly because you get to traverse TWO regions. I also loved the addition of the night element! (that every other game after the fact has seemed to neglect.)

YES! FUCKING YES!
Ok that has officially made my day. Gold and Silver were one of the best pokemon games created. The gameplay was wicked. It was longer to complete and much more satisfactory.
Me and my friend were saying recently that they should remake gold and silver like they did with red and blue.
Can't wait for that one to be comming out in english 😀

Thats what I used to think, but a friend of mine told me if this were the case, it wouldn't really be an RPG anymore.
