So you know that older, suave, sly, sexy asshole that swoops in and sweeps the heroine off her feet for like 3 chapters while the male lead looks on helpless, unable to do anything in the face of his raw animal magnetism? Yeah, I'm looking for manga where that guy is the male lead. Someone larger than life who never loses ground to any other dude. Who can woo a girl with a single gesture. Brimming with confidence and charisma. A mischievous devil who wins her heart just because he can. Both childlike and exuding maturity simultaneously.
An example would be someone like this dude
Or for a slightly calmer type: the guy from Beauty is the Beast
Or a slightly deeper one (that's close but not entirely what I'm looking for) would be the main character of Mars
Or the titular character of Otona no Kobayashi-kun
In simple terms it's an intersection between a confident/charismatic male lead, a haraguro male lead, and a playboy male lead.

Eh... the only one I can think of is Sakamoto, from Sakamoto desu ga?. But he's more of a.... er, how do I explain him. A joke character? A troll?
This guy oozes pheromones. And like, never loses, ever. Totally confident and charismatic. Wins the heart of literally everyone, enemies, innocent bystanders, teachers, even moms. Really childlike but has a mature charm. I don't know if he's what you're looking for but... He fits.

I disagree, since there is no romance in this manga. Something to consider may be the 2nd male lead in Skip Beat!.
