Hanai and Mikoto have a sibling like relationship. They're also childhood friends and I have not seen anything alluding to romance.

If she ends up with anyone, it will be Asou. It seems two sided, even after the break up.

Couldn't have said it better my self, this way the major people who have one sided love will all have a match.....
and if it turns out Hanai and Mikoto, then Mikoto or Eri gets left out depending on who Harima chooses, and he just better not choose Tenma cuz by the end of third year it would have been atleast 3 something of unrequinted love, which i would give up on and go for the one who loves me.

At first I thought it was asou but chapter 250 changed my mind. Since I don't know how to do the spoiler thing, I just say it is something very shocking (Mikoto's friends all fainted when that happened) 😀

All I can say is that I really don't want Yakumo and Hanai to be together. I'd feel so sorry for her. Hanai is just creepy when it comes to her.

I just wish that the mangaka surprises us at the end and doesn't leave the ending open. I hope that when the manga finally ends this whole romantic mess will be solved and everybody will have someone. As for me I am a big fan of Harima x Eri. I just don't want to see Eri end up as a tragic heroine with an unrequited love, that would just suck. If its anybody that should be left out to me it should be tenma..(sorry to those who love tenma).

after reading the last batch of scanlated chapters, i think that hanai and mikoto´s "she/he is only my childhood friend" isn´t a sure affirmation, maybe they will end together once they realize they have feelings for each other, but well, this is school rumble and who will know what will happen in the end.
I think Harima pairs better with Eri, even if Yakumo have feelings for him she will not do any moves since she knows Eri have feelings for Harima.
Well, about Asou, i don´t think he will be coupled with Mikoto, maybe with Sarah, who knows.
Maybe the manga will end without doing any pairing, they don´t have much school time before graduating after all.

I think theres a good chance for Mikoto & Hanai.

In chapter 250 she accepts Hanai proposal to out together with out a second thought. And in chapter 252 its pretty clear that Hanai has feeling for Mikoto when he says "If I every see he eyes like this again..." as they're about to kiss but don't

Plus I have a feeling that Takano might try to set something up for the two of them.

^ yeah, hanai should go with miko-chan since best friends --> (turn to) lovers are the best!

hanai & miko-chan, both knows what inside in each other & they complement each other too..
damn, i always wanted a major development in their relationship & seems like chapter 250 is the proof..

I think it should be Asou x Mikoto!!! 🙂
