Well, if Kishi wants Sasuke to be a good guy, the 8 tails will probably survive 'cause I don't think any of the "good" kids have actually killed anyone (and I'm counting Itachi as a weird exception, 'cause he is.)

If this fight stays swords/martial arts, I wanna see it animated 'cause it's got the potential to look really cool. And it being drawn out is fine, 'cause the 8-tails is pretty cool, but it looks like lately Kishi's keep the fights pretty short.
