Mangaka that got the names from pasta box?

I remember reading once that the mangaka got the ideas for their characters names from the back of a pasta box, and now I'm having trouble remembering what manga it was and which mangaka.

Uh... I believe Kishimoto Masashi, who wrote Naruto, got the name for his main character from ramen.

Naruto is the fish cake in ramen; Uzumaki meaning "spiral," which is in the middle of the fish cake.

I'm not sure, but it might be Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken... Though TVTropes just tells me that what italian there is in the manga, the mangaka learned from the back of pastaboxes (check "Bilingual Bonus"). And that a bunch of characters ARE named after foods.
