Only reason why it's 'popular', is because you can play it online for free, and you don't need to download a 500+ MB download client. So it's easily accesible.

Oh well~, I guess it's sort of an introduction to MMORPGs for kids...

@NanashiRyuu: My cousin played Runescape. It looked so lame. He quit playing a year ago. I think now he plays DoTA or something. Thank God. I don't know how some people actually pay for "exclusive stuff" on a game like that.

@Conquestor: Thanks for the info. And anyways, I figure games that are endorsed/centered on food mascots are, by default bad.

Some other examples that spring to mind would be the 7-Up game for the SNES, and those games with the Burger King guy for the orginal XBox.

I don't like playing with the kind of people on WoW or any of those need to buy a CD to play games. They all seem to like to pick on players smaller than them and have to interest in people other than themselves. I like Flyff because the environment there is alot more easy going then in WoW.

If there is one game I hate more than RUNESCAPE it's WORLD OF WARCRAFT, it's like the thing eats away at your life.

Oh god, I have ET for the 2600, and it is that awful, really it is. Other than that I'd have to vote for Philly Flasher/Beat 'Em & Eat 'Em (same game.)
