well from what i saw in the video, the objective of the game is to find and collect all dots before you run out of steps. the point of the perv doctors is to decrease your count meter. You need to remember atari games are high score games. You don't really win, you beat it fast and with high scores. Also remember it is atari. almost all atari graphics are like this.

It definitely has to be "Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing". Everyone's taunting it to be the worst game ever. It's a racing game, but even that is questionable, because your opponent never moves from the starting line. You can start the race, sleep 8 hours, wake up, and go over the finish line and you'll win. Then the text on the screen will say "YOU'RE WINNER!". If you try to get the other truck to move, you'll just go right through it. You can drive through anywhere--buildings, houses, 90degree cliffs. If you go over the edge of the map, you'll drive into nothingness forever. The summary on the box says you'll be running away from the police to deliver cargo, but when you actually play the game you'll see no police nor any cargo in your truck.

Actually the objective of the game was to get a phone that would appear randomly in a hole. And the dots didn't do anything, you could lose them and you didn't lose points. Also the bad guys sometime took them and sometimes didn't 😕

And most of the times you could loose your life before finding the phone. You needed like 4 or 5 lifes to find it. And if you die you loose all your dots anyway. So why collect them if you don't know in which life you're going to finish the game?
