Smoker´s Moku Moku no Mi is my favorite
and Mr. 2 Bon Clay´s Mane Mane no Mi (Clone Clone Fruit) if you take non logian fruids =3

Im gonna have to go with Enel for this one. I already know that the dark fruit is supposed to be the best one, but we haven't seen anything to verify this... o well...

I chose thunder because if it weren't for Luffy's fruit he would have beaten everyone. Now if there ever was a wood fruit I would go for that. Ice is pretty awesome also.\

I think while it may be the strongest, it has the biggest weakness. Any damage taken is amplified, meaning if you strike first it could be game over.

Can we branch this off to our favorite devil fruit? Because I think that the kilo kilo fruit had a lot of unrealized potential, it only it was used more tactically.

meh too bad there isnt an wind logia, that would be so ownage. Ice is next up then, not so much cuz the character as i just like Ice as an element. Ace as a character is cool but i prefer wind, ice, & lightning as opposed to fire.

who's to say there isn't? i think Smoker is a sort of variation of it. and i kind of wonder about Dragon on that one, he might have it.
well either way the top three for me are Ace's power, Akoji's, and Enel.

Not really. Smoker is weak to wind if he goes into smoke form when its windy he woud blow away. 😛

Why do you think that Dragon is a Windman? He might be a Weatherman...(I'm just asking 4 your opinion, not criticizing)

I never said that dragon is a windman I only said that Smoker is weak to wind. But true dragon might be a weatherman since its highly possible that is was he who made the storm in Loguetown to save Luffy. lets not make this into a fight discussion over whos right and wrong. =P

Well, that's certainly a possibility, but how does one typically control the weather? His appearance seemed to emphasize the wind blowing in clouds than anything else.

Tactically? Maybe if instead of the whole body being weighed down at one certain parts? And maybe the other way around too with becoming light, having a effect like Brook's DF. I know this may sound kinda gross, but I was also thinking about the dude who made his booger's explode. The kilo kilo fruit could do the same except with a cannonball effect, hitting hard instead of exploding.
