I usually only tell people that I like manga and anime if they I know them they like them too.I'm often a bit shy yet proud about interests and sometimes I'm reluctant to show my interests if too "controversial" or "stigmatized".For example,most people irl I know doesn't knows that I like BL genre.Popular or not,I will read any manga that I enjoy.
