Only one I know about is Princess Nightmare which should be getting an English patch sometime in the future.

You could check out Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan, I believe it's drawn by the same artist as Hiiro no Kakera. 😉
You could also always check out BLGames, which has a pretty good list of BL games if you're into that.

Dark Alchemist Animamundi was pretty good. Except it'd suddenly turn from straight romance to BL in a split of a second... 🤣

Why don't you try doujin otome games? Their games are quite varied.

Actually, I think it was marketed as otome. Either way, it does have het endings that aren't just token, so it's not strictly BL.
...Though people who don't like BL still might want to steer clear, because the BL isn't exactly insignificant. ^^;
For other games, you can always see what trusty Wikipedia says on the subject.
