Description
Katsuragi Keima is known on the net as the god of getting the girls while in real life he’s known as otamegane and he hates all real girls. However he is approached by Elsee, a devil from hell, to help her in catching runaway spirits that hide in people. Apparently the spirits only hide in the hearts of girls and the only way to get the souls out is by making the girl fall in love so the spirit gets forced out. And he’s not allowed to fail or he will lose his head.

When I first began reading this, I was hooked. Immediately. What really stood out to me was the "originality". A true tribute to dating sim game lovers out there, and showing that you can play games obsessively and still have top grades (:
The art is pretty cute - but average compared to other mangas I have read. The plotline is really interesting, it'll leave you wondering "hmm, what's going to happen next? what's he going to do to get the girl?"
His different but unique ways of capturing "demons" is really hilarious xD
Definite recommend. Even though it "seems" like the manga drags on, the chapters are pretty short 
I love the main character. So different from the usual ones who are really heroic, but dense, or some playboy.
--UPDATED REVIEW--
After reading up to the current chapter (67) my liking for the series skyrocketed. Giving us an insight into Keima's past really added a few points to this manga. Also, the Tenri and the current "Ghost Girl" Arc is really interesting!

Since Raito in Deathnote, more and more cold calculating bastard as protagonist become a trend (Lelouch, 'Sasuke' Shippuden, and now Keima). But i like it!

-The main character does not care about girls
-The main character is mysteriously powerful

1> The most original Idea I've ever come across
2> A Story Beautifully told
3> Excellent set of Characters
4> Actions are amazingly and perfectly executed
5> Artwork is Extremely Imaginative... people who lack imagination will have problems with a few frames... Spoiler (highlight to view) (like Keima turns into a cockroach, and leaves out of the class, when the girls shouts at him and says he is a cockroach)
6> A living tribute to all Gal Games/H-Games/Dating sims 
7> Excellent ideas and intelligent main character make this even more fun and gripping.
8> Ah! I wanna say more.... but got some games to play 
I've recommended this to everyone I know on this planet...

original and thoughtful, although its early in its run it shows considerable promise, particularly for a shonen manga, it is starting to imply a depth rare for its genre, hope this one keeps up the amazing work

I like the manga. Its unique and its not tiring to read. Full of laughter.
I also just read the oneshot ( its been scanlated late ) Its make
a huge difference than in the series. The drawing in the oneshot is
much better. Maybe they try to make it more funny than serious because the change of style of the drawings. And I like the series style better.And also in the onshot the girl didn't forget it. But in the
series they forget it making it more great because if they didn't forget it. It will just turn into massive harem which will be also fun but maybe for others it will be kinda just normal or a repeat of your daily
harem.

in essence, this manga is about an otaku megane who hates real girls. but he has to make them fall in love with him. I loved the idea and can't wait until the next releases.

| such a fun read and me likes how author reuses the girls showing how they still react to keima~ and keima is a loooot deeper than just some regular otamegane! sometimes he looks so pensive .-. thankfully the manga has him nice-looking so it's believable that he can get girls ><;;; |

How to say it, I am totally not into this type of series where the mangaka draws "cute" characters, BUT it has a really good , funny story , good character developing, and I really like the protagonist.
So people how are bored in other stuff -- where you know what will happen kind of stuff-- this is a must read !

| The story is really awesome and I love the manga. It´s so fuckin´ funny and you just can´t stop reading once you started BUT I hate the drawings. Maybe it´s because I don´t like this little body´s and big eyes. If the drawings would be more shonen like it would be one of the best mangas for me <- but I still love it^^ |
