When did you start staying up late?
Since I was really little, my parents didnt have a problem with it so it was ok as long as I got up the next day.

Around 13 when I started getting chronic migraines I didn't sleep for lengths of times, usually 2-3 days. Now a days if I don't notice the time I will stay up until 3-5am. I have to forcefully put myself to sleep. (THINK NO THOUGHTS).

As long as I can remember. I could wake up pretty much whenever when I was really young.

I've always been up late. When I was really young, I was allowed to stay up as long as I wanted, if I was quiet and stayed in my room. Now I'm up until anywhere from 2-7am (average is about 4am), depending on what I have going on the next day.

Oww, migraines hurt like... well, 🤢 . I had chronic migraines as a kid, but I don't have them often anymore.
I always fell asleep late at night as a child, so whether I wanted to or not, I've always 'stayed up late'. By the age of three, I was already awake until 12.
Now, I have no 24 hour body clock, so time is relative 🤣 I sleep more often during the day than at night (and partially due to sunlight allergy, I prefer it that way)

Since I was small, really. For those of you who've experienced living around with toddlers... yeah. I think that's really when it all started. You just have more purpose to it as you grow up.
That's a good question actually.
I believe that I begun around 15. I had more reason to stay up late. Whether it be studing or simply messing around playing games or drawing. Man, some of my drawings/paintings take me well into the early hours of the next morning 🤣
I've gotten worse as times go on. But it's ok. I consume more coffee and tea so I'm awake when I need to be. Also when I have time off school, cat naps always work a charm as well 🤣

When schoolwork started piling up fast, maybe junior year of high school, two years ago. And then when I was totally sleep deprived first term of college, I decided to stop sleeping late altogether and take proper care of myself. Seriously, staying up late regularly (I still do it once in a while) is very bad for you and will destroy your health and soul.
And well, I now go to bed at midnight and wake up at 8 usually. It really depends on what I have to do during the day. But midnight isn't really considered late here on campus. On campus, late = after 3am.

On weekends I would always stay up as late as I wanted. And when I started high school I would stay up until about 12 on weekdays before going to sleep. Currently I am always up after 10 and stay up until 7 a.m. since I work overnights.
